Coaching spots open: Let's get you the support you need to improve your life

What would it feel like to be just 12% better by September 1st?

⚡ A bit more energy.
✅ A bit more consistency.
🦉 A bit more intention in how you eat, move, and care for yourself.

No exhausting bootcamps or radical transformations!!! Just the kind of targeted progress that you can stick to and build on to improve your life a little bit at a time.

When it comes to habit change, "slow and steady" beats "overnight revolution." Take small steps... and keep moving in the right direction!

This summer, I am offering three one-on-one coaching spots for women 45+ who are ready to take small, meaningful and consistent steps toward better health and thrive in the second half. This is not about a overhauling of your life! We'll be focused on doing the small things that you already know to be important, and doing them consistently.

We'll focus on simple habits, like:

  • Adding greens, beans, or berries to your daily meals to improve brain health or prevent chronic illness.
  • Moving your body every day.
  • Developing a journaling or gratitude practice.
  • Turning screens off 2 hours before bed.
  • And other habits that support your health.

To ensure progress, we'll focus on just two habits: one related to nutrition, and another one related to a different healthy lifestyle pillar.

To learn more and apply for coaching, complete this form - it shouldn't take you long, and I'll get back to you within 48 hours. It would be ideal to start in the first week of July, so don't delay!

I look forward to hearing from you!

Be well,

Brigitte

p.s. Why 12% better by September? Because if you improve by 12% every two months, you will have doubled your baseline after a year. Apply for a coaching spot here.

Hello there, thanks to everyone who sent me reading recommendations for my summer deep dive into healthy and purposeful living in the second half of life! Look for an updated list of suggested resources soon. This week, to celebrate the legacy of the amazing and sadly departed John Robbins, who just passed away, I'm going to reconnect with his book Healthy at 100: How you can at any age dramatically increase your life span and your health span. In Healthy at 100, published in 2007, John...

Hello there and thank you for being an early reader of my Greens Forward newsletter. Through the summer, I will be sharing what I learn about the not-so-secret ingredients needed to show up strong in the second half of life. Aging can be a blessing, and our second half can be our best half! Except that practically everything in our modern society conspires against nurturing our health and wellness. Happy and healthy people aren't great contributors to the GDP, quite the contrary. For example:...

On his death certificate, the doctor wrote: "Alzheimer's." But...
